Payment

I accept payment for counselling services by cash, debit card, credit card or e-transfer at the beginning of each session.

My Counselling Therapy Service fee:

Individual: $160 (60 minutes)

Note: a minimum 24 hours notice is required to cancel an appointment; otherwise, a FULL charge will be billed for the lost appointment hour. If you wish to cancel an existing appointment, you may do so by e-mail or phone.

Insurance

I can offer direct billing for some insurance plans (E.g. Blue Cross) and for others can provide you with a receipt for reimbursement. Please check with me and I would be happy to let you know if I can direct bill.

I highly recommend you to contact your insurance provider to clarify whether Registered Counselling Therapists (RCTs) are covered under your plan and the number of counselling sessions that are available to you before you come to the first session.
